An experienced and well-respected Newfoundland and Labrador-based business leader and entrepreneur, Robert (Rob) Crosbie is the Chair of Crosbie and has significant experience leading growth-oriented companies. Rob started with the family business in 1991 and led the company’s growth in real estate development and industrial services.
Rob Crosbie is a member of the Order of Canada (2018), holds an honourary Doctor of Laws degree from Memorial University (2018), and is a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Business Hall of Fame (2016). Rob has also received Ernst & Young’s Atlantic Canada Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2016), Memorial University’s J.D. Eaton Tribute Award (2014), and Memorial University’s Faculty of Business Administration Alumnus of the Year Award (2003).

Mark Collett is Chief Executive Officer of Crosbie, a Newfoundland and Labrador-based business that employs over 600 people in sectors spanning industrial services, real estate development and commercial construction in Canada, the United States and CARICOM. As CEO, Mark is responsible for setting and guiding the strategic direction, development, and performance of all Crosbie companies.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from Durham University, Durham, UK, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, Wolfville, NS, Canada and earned his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada. Currently, he is participating in the Yale School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program.
Mark is an active member of the community, having spent four years on the Board of the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (now EnergyNL), including a term as chair in 2019/20. Additionally, Mark was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Cancer Society from 2016 to 2020 and, since 2014, has been a member of the Board of Advisors of Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Faculty of Business Administration. Mark is also the 2022 Community Ambassador for Young Adult Cancer Canada, a national charity focused on helping young adult Canadians living with, through and beyond cancer.

As COO, Jeremy is responsible for working across Crosbie’s industrial services and real estate business units to manage client relationships and service delivery. He is also responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to increase profitability, revenue and market share to improve Crosbie’s competitive advantage.
Jeremy’s deep background in the marine and energy sectors is a valuable asset to Crosbie. Having worked for such companies as A. Harvey Limited, Geco-Prakla, and Husky Energy, he brings experience and insights from a variety of disciplines, including logistics, commercial and supply chain management, and health and safety.

As Group Vice-President, People & Integration with Crosbie, Angelina is the chief architect of a collaboratively developed and executed integration plan which cultivates common business practices across all areas of the business. She is responsible for managing key areas of enterprise risk related to regulatory compliance, talent and succession planning, cyber security and business process improvement.

Tracey has over 18 years of experience in progressively senior financial roles, largely garnered from the communications and energy sectors. Following eight years with Canada Revenue Agency and Bell Aliant, she spent over ten years with Husky Energy (later Cenovus Energy), starting in the Upstream Offshore Newfoundland and Labrador business unit in St. John’s, NL. Relocating to Calgary, AB in 2016, Tracey provided financial oversight of the Upstream Onshore Oil Sands Joint Venture Partnership and Downstream Manufacturing business units. Subsequently, as Senior Finance Manager, Manufacturing with Cenovus Energy, she provided strategic, commercial, and financial leadership across six operated and three non-operated assets geographically located throughout Canada and the United States. More recently, following a relocation to her home province to be closer to family in 2021, Tracey has been CFO at 360 Marine Ltd.
